Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Find A Therapist… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and after that I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually useful for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not extremely essential but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m not sure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at once however back here so I simply wished to give some like final ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s truly good for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little however like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so essentially I believe it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think also another truly great really terrific candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
