texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp For Minors… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
