texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp For Therapists… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because basically they do a great deal of these individuals seem to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really instant because regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a typical discussion but with talk area you might say this and then it might be five hours later on and after that they may say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you know what I imply like you can call someone and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to consider you understand something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a good bit less expensive than going in to talk to someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here somebody it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have really any problems about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought about however that’s.

not really important but general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m uncertain how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at once however back here so I simply wished to provide some like final thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a quick overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s truly good for like stress type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not little however like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I think I must’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy task or something like that I believe also another truly great truly excellent prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyhow but like I need to exercise some insurance stuff before I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s a great service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk space and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I actually like I see all of her videos and she talked about it but I don’t remember what that a person was called I can place it here once again which’s like something comparable so if you want to check out that a person to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk area was since my boyfriend was sort of pushing me to do something to do treatment due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a lot of tension so so he sort of was the one who was saying hey you ought to actually speak with someone and he learnt about talk space and so that was the one that he really suggested me to utilize that he for he’s heard a great deal of like advantages about but once again like it’s really like discussed a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only way I’ve ever heard of it I have not actually heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this however yeah I think it’s I believe it’s a terrific service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was type of starting to state prior to if you have deeper concerns if you have bad anxiety if you have bad anxiety I think that it is necessary to be seeing somebody in person specifically if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to discuss more extensive issues there’s something I have actually type of noticed like obviously these are deep.
