texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Founded… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really useful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
