texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Goals… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really handy for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it sort of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
