texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Gotten Really Expensive… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually valuable for people with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it sort of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message since basically they do a great deal of these individuals appear to have possibly not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instant in that regard like discussing things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a normal conversation but with talk area you might say this and then it might be 5 hours later on and after that they might say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your friends you know what I mean like you can call someone and you can say hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something excellent to consider you know something that did trouble me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be an excellent bit more affordable than going in to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual cost like here someone it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s type of nice the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have really any grievances about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not know that was simply something I considered but that’s.

not really crucial however overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m uncertain how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at once but back here so I just wanted to provide some like final ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to provide a short summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s actually good for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really hectic job or something like that I believe also another truly excellent really terrific candidate to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
