not really important but overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m not exactly sure just how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time however back here so I just wanted to offer some like last ideas I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s truly helpful for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I should’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so basically I believe it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I think likewise another truly terrific really fantastic candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
