texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Helped Me… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantly and after that I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really handy for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not very essential however general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals even if you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m uncertain how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously however back here so I just wanted to provide some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a quick overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s truly helpful for like tension type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really busy job or something like that I believe also another actually terrific truly excellent prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
