texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Hsa… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly valuable for people with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
