texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp In Indida… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really valuable for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
