texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Is It Worth It… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it kind of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
