texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Is Not A Scam… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really handy for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
