texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Is Too Expensive… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually valuable for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
