not really important but general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not sure just how much that really is just me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once but back here so I just wished to offer some like final ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some issues that are look I think it’s truly great for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so basically I believe it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy task or something like that I think likewise another actually terrific really great candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
