texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Jordan Peterson… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
