texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Karen Armstrong… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and after that I think a great part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it sort of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a great deal of these people appear to have perhaps not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not extremely rapid in that regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a typical conversation but with talk space you may say this and then it might be five hours later on and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your friends you know what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think about you understand something that did trouble me a little bit initially yeah the one good thing to it seems to be a good bit less expensive than going in to talk with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual rate like here someone it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly because like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s type of great the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have actually any grievances about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was simply something I thought about however that’s.

not extremely essential however total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not sure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once but back here so I just wished to give some like last thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to provide a short introduction and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really helpful for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so generally I believe it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really busy job or something like that I believe also another truly fantastic truly excellent prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance coverage is actually spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyway but like I need to work out some insurance coverage things before I even like think about this so I suggest I think it’s an excellent service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly love I watch all of her videos and she spoke about it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can place it here once again which’s like something similar so if you want to look into that one to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk area was due to the fact that my partner was type of pressing me to do something to do treatment due to the fact that he knew that I was going through a lot of tension so so he type of was the one who was saying hey you need to really speak with somebody and he learnt about talk space therefore that was the one that he truly recommended me to utilize that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good things about however once again like it’s actually like spoken about a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only way I’ve ever become aware of it I have not really become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this however yeah I think it’s I think it’s a terrific service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was sort of starting to state prior to if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I think that it’s important to be seeing somebody in person particularly if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to discuss more in-depth concerns there’s something I’ve sort of observed like obviously these are deep.
