texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Kinds Therapists… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of immediately and after that I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly valuable for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
