texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Launch Press Release… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a great deal of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very instantaneous in that regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a regular discussion but with talk space you might state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your friends you understand what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something good to think about you understand something that did trouble me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a great bit less expensive than going in to talk to someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking actually because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have truly any complaints about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was just something I considered however that’s.

not extremely important however general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with normal normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m not sure how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time however back here so I just wanted to offer some like last ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to offer a brief overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I must’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think likewise another actually excellent actually great prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
