Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Licensed… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually helpful for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because generally they do a great deal of these people appear to have perhaps not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really rapid in that regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of discuss it like a regular discussion however with talk space you might say this and then it might be five hours later and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your friends you know what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think of you understand something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one good thing to it seems to be an excellent bit more affordable than entering to speak with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the real cost like here someone it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking really due to the fact that like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have really any problems about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t know that was just something I thought of but that’s.
