texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Life Coach… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually helpful for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not really essential however total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good up until now um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m not sure just how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once however back here so I just wished to give some like final thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a quick summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s truly good for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s actually excellent if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really busy task or something like that I think also another actually terrific really terrific prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
