texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Market… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you however it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message because generally they do a lot of these individuals seem to have maybe not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like going over things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a normal discussion but with talk space you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they may say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your buddies you understand what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something excellent to consider you know something that did bother me a bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be an excellent bit more affordable than going in to talk with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real cost like here somebody it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking actually because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have really any problems about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t know that was simply something I thought about but that’s.

not extremely essential but general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with normal normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m uncertain just how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a short summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s really helpful for like stress type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I ought to’ve said that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe also another truly great really terrific prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
