texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Membership Tiers… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really handy for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it kind of gives you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
