not really important but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of but I’m uncertain how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to give some like final thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a short introduction and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s really great for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I think I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s really good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think likewise another really great truly excellent candidate to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
