texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp New Felps… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really valuable for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message due to the fact that essentially they do a lot of these people seem to have possibly not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really rapid because regard like going over things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a normal conversation but with talk area you may say this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they may say oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your pals you understand what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to consider you understand something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it appears to be an excellent bit less expensive than going in to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real rate like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking really because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have actually any problems about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was simply something I considered however that’s.

not really crucial but overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m unsure how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at once but back here so I simply wanted to provide some like last ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a quick summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s really great for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so basically I believe it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly hectic task or something like that I believe likewise another really terrific actually terrific candidate to utilize talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
