Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Nourse… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and after that I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly helpful for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since essentially they do a great deal of these people appear to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very immediate in that regard like discussing things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a typical conversation however with talk area you may say this and then it might be five hours later on and then they may state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your good friends you understand what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something great to think about you know something that did bother me a little bit initially yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a good bit more affordable than entering to talk with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual price like here somebody it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly since like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any problems about it other than possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not know that was simply something I thought about but that’s.

not really important but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great so far um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time however back here so I just wished to give some like last ideas I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s really helpful for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I guess I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe likewise another actually excellent actually fantastic prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyhow but like I need to work out some insurance coverage things before I even like think of this so I imply I believe it’s an excellent service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually love I view all of her videos and she discussed it but I don’t remember what that one was called I can place it here once again and that resembles something similar so if you wish to check out that a person to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk area was since my boyfriend was kind of pushing me to do something to do treatment because he knew that I was going through a great deal of stress so so he sort of was the one who was saying hey you must actually speak with somebody and he knew about talk space and so that was the one that he really suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good ideas about however again like it’s truly like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s practically the only way I’ve ever heard of it I have not actually heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this but yeah I believe it’s I think it’s an excellent service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was sort of starting to say before if you have much deeper issues if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is very important to be seeing someone face to face especially if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s harder to talk about more thorough issues there’s something I have actually sort of noticed like certainly these are deep.
