Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Nz… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of immediately and after that I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly helpful for people with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message because generally they do a lot of these people seem to have maybe not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instant because regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a typical conversation but with talk area you may say this and after that it might be five hours later on and after that they might say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something excellent to consider you understand something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it seems to be an excellent bit less expensive than going in to talk with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually since like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of nice the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have really any complaints about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not know that was just something I considered but that’s.

not extremely crucial but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not exactly sure just how much that really is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wanted to give some like last ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a brief overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s actually helpful for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so essentially I think it’s actually excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think likewise another actually excellent actually excellent prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is actually spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyway however like I require to work out some insurance coverage things before I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s a terrific service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually love I see all of her videos and she talked about it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can place it here once again and that’s like something comparable so if you want to check out that one to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk area was since my boyfriend was type of pushing me to do something to do treatment since he knew that I was going through a lot of tension so so he kind of was the one who was stating hey you should actually speak with someone and he knew about talk space and so that was the one that he truly recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about but once again like it’s truly like talked about a lot through sponsorships and that’s practically the only way I’ve ever heard of it I haven’t truly heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this however yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s a fantastic service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was type of starting to say prior to if you have much deeper issues if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I think that it’s important to be seeing someone face to face specifically if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to discuss more thorough issues there’s something I have actually sort of observed like obviously these are deep.
problems since they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that resemble worrying you or things that are making distressed or depressed however I tend to find that it’s a bit better for simply more I’m truly distressed about starting a brand-new job I am truly distressed about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not truly like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be great um it also depends on like how comfy you are like speaking with a phone like I understand that that sounds unusual but like do you video chat with your pals do you you know what I suggest because if you don’t then I seem like it’s gon na be truly unusual like you holding up a phone or like speaking with your laptop since it’s gon na be like this weird like artificial thing but like if you’re utilized to that then it’s type of like alright whatever like this is regular that’s something I noticed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m kind of utilized to it however I felt like when I was doing it this would be unusual if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would certainly suggest it to anyone who travels like full-time since that would be awesome like then you might really have treatment if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
