Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Out Concelars… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of immediately and after that I think a great part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for people with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it sort of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two actions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a great deal of these individuals seem to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very immediate in that regard like discussing things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a typical discussion however with talk area you might say this and after that it might be 5 hours later and then they may state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your friends you understand what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something great to consider you know something that did bother me a bit at first yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a good bit less expensive than entering to speak to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking truly since like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have really any grievances about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was simply something I considered but that’s.

not really important but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m not exactly sure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I simply wished to provide some like last ideas I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a quick overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really good for like stress type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I imply I think I must’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s actually excellent if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I believe also another really terrific truly terrific candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyhow but like I need to exercise some insurance things before I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s an excellent service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly love I see all of her videos and she spoke about it however I don’t remember what that a person was called I can place it here again which’s like something similar so if you wish to look into that a person to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk space was due to the fact that my sweetheart was type of pushing me to do something to do therapy because he understood that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he type of was the one who was saying hey you ought to actually talk with somebody and he learnt about talk area therefore that was the one that he really suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good things about but again like it’s truly like spoken about a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only way I have actually ever heard of it I have not truly become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this however yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s an excellent service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I believe like I was sort of beginning to say before if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it’s important to be seeing somebody personally specifically if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s harder to talk about more extensive issues there’s something I’ve type of noticed like certainly these are deep.
