texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Overseas… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and after that I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it sort of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these individuals seem to have possibly not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instantaneous in that regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of discuss it like a regular conversation but with talk area you may state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they might state oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something good to consider you understand something that did trouble me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a great bit less expensive than going in to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here somebody it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking actually because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have truly any problems about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought about however that’s.

not extremely essential however total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m not sure just how much that actually is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at once but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a brief summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s truly good for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I ought to’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so generally I think it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I believe also another actually fantastic truly great prospect to utilize talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
