texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Packages… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
