Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Partnership… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for people with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very instantaneous because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a regular conversation but with talk area you might state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and after that they might state oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you know what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something great to think about you know something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be an excellent bit less expensive than going in to talk with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here somebody it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking truly due to the fact that like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of nice the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any grievances about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was just something I thought of however that’s.
