texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Pewdiepie H3H3… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
