texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Philip Defranco Twitter… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
