Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?

get about 2 responses a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because generally they do a lot of these individuals seem to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not extremely rapid in that regard like talking about things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a normal conversation but with talk area you may state this and after that it might be five hours later on and then they may say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your good friends you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think about you know something that did bother me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it appears to be an excellent bit cheaper than going in to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real rate like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking truly due to the fact that like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have really any problems about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was just something I thought about however that’s.

not very crucial but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been very good so far um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with typical typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of but I’m not sure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously however back here so I simply wished to give some like last ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a short introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s truly great for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so basically I think it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe also another truly excellent really fantastic prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
