texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Podcast Code… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantly and after that I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because generally they do a great deal of these people appear to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a regular discussion but with talk space you might say this and then it might be five hours later on and after that they may state oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your pals you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to consider you know something that did trouble me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a great bit less expensive than going in to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real cost like here somebody it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have really any complaints about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I considered however that’s.

not really crucial but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m unsure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wished to give some like last thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a short summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I imply I think I must’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a really busy task or something like that I think also another actually terrific really excellent candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
