Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Podcast… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a lot of these individuals seem to have maybe not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instant in that regard like going over things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na sort of talk about it like a typical discussion but with talk area you may say this and then it might be five hours later and then they may state oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your friends you know what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to consider you understand something that did trouble me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it appears to be a good bit cheaper than entering to talk to someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any grievances about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I thought about however that’s.

not very crucial however total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m unsure how much that really is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I simply wished to provide some like last thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s actually good for like tension type of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve said that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s truly good if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic task or something like that I believe also another actually fantastic actually fantastic prospect to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyhow but like I need to exercise some insurance things before I even like consider this so I suggest I think it’s an excellent service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I actually enjoy I watch all of her videos and she spoke about it but I don’t remember what that a person was called I can place it here once again and that resembles something similar so if you wish to look into that a person to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk area was due to the fact that my partner was kind of pressing me to do something to do treatment because he understood that I was going through a lot of stress so so he type of was the one who was stating hey you ought to truly talk to somebody and he knew about talk area and so that was the one that he really recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about but again like it’s truly like talked about a lot through sponsorships which’s practically the only method I have actually ever become aware of it I have not really heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this however yeah I think it’s I think it’s an excellent service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was sort of starting to state prior to if you have deeper issues if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it is essential to be seeing somebody in person particularly if it’s you understand things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to discuss more extensive issues there’s something I have actually kind of observed like undoubtedly these are deep.
