texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Policy… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually useful for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
