texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Progress… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly useful for people with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
