texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Project… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly valuable for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
