texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Provider Application… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly practical for people with anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
