Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Psychiatrist… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a lot of these individuals appear to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very immediate in that regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a normal conversation however with talk area you may state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and after that they may state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something good to think about you understand something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one good thing to it seems to be an excellent bit less expensive than entering to talk with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of nice the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any complaints about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not know that was simply something I considered however that’s.

not really important however overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I imply it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m uncertain how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at once but back here so I just wished to provide some like last thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to provide a short introduction and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s truly helpful for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so generally I believe it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly hectic task or something like that I think also another truly terrific really great prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyway however like I need to work out some insurance things before I even like think of this so I indicate I believe it’s a terrific service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually like I view all of her videos and she discussed it however I don’t remember what that a person was called I can insert it here again which resembles something similar so if you want to look into that one to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk space was because my boyfriend was kind of pressing me to do something to do therapy due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he sort of was the one who was saying hey you need to really speak to someone and he learnt about talk space therefore that was the one that he actually suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good things about but again like it’s really like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s basically the only method I have actually ever heard of it I haven’t actually become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this however yeah I think it’s I believe it’s an excellent service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I believe like I was kind of beginning to state before if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it’s important to be seeing someone face to face specifically if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to talk about more in-depth issues there’s something I have actually kind of observed like certainly these are deep.
