texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Questionnaire… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it sort of offers you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
