Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Quitting Counseling… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because essentially they do a great deal of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous in that regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a normal conversation however with talk space you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later and after that they might say oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your friends you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something excellent to think of you understand something that did bother me a bit initially yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a great bit less expensive than going in to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual rate like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking really due to the fact that like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any complaints about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was simply something I thought about but that’s.

not really important but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good up until now um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m unsure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously however back here so I simply wished to offer some like final ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a brief summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s truly good for like stress type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think also another truly terrific truly excellent candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
