Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Rati Gs… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because basically they do a great deal of these individuals appear to have perhaps not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really rapid in that regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a typical discussion however with talk area you might state this and then it might be five hours later on and then they might state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your pals you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something good to think of you know something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a great bit less expensive than entering to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual cost like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking actually due to the fact that like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have really any grievances about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not really crucial but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m not sure just how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once but back here so I just wanted to give some like final ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a quick introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s truly good for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little however like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I ought to’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s really good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think also another really fantastic actually great candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is truly spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway but like I need to work out some insurance things before I even like think about this so I mean I believe it’s a terrific service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I really like I enjoy all of her videos and she discussed it but I don’t remember what that a person was called I can insert it here once again which’s like something comparable so if you want to look into that one to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk space was because my partner was kind of pushing me to do something to do treatment because he knew that I was going through a lot of tension so so he type of was the one who was stating hey you need to truly talk to somebody and he knew about talk space and so that was the one that he actually recommended me to utilize that he for he’s heard a great deal of like advantages about but once again like it’s actually like discussed a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only method I’ve ever become aware of it I have not truly heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this but yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a great service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was type of starting to say prior to if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it is very important to be seeing someone face to face especially if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to talk about more thorough issues there’s something I’ve kind of discovered like clearly these are deep.
concerns since they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that resemble stressing you or things that are making distressed or depressed but I tend to find that it’s a bit better for simply more I’m really nervous about starting a new task I am actually nervous about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um however like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I believe it would be fantastic um it likewise depends on like how comfortable you are like talking to a phone like I understand that that sounds unusual however like do you video chat with your friends do you you know what I suggest because if you do not then I feel like it’s gon na be truly strange like you holding up a phone or like speaking to your laptop computer because it’s gon na be like this unusual like synthetic thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s type of like fine whatever like this is normal that’s something I noticed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would certainly recommend it to any person who travels like full-time because that would be incredible like then you could really have therapy if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
