texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Reddit Reviews… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly valuable for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it type of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they check that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instantaneous in that regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a typical discussion however with talk area you might say this and after that it might be 5 hours later and then they may state oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your good friends you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something excellent to think of you understand something that did bother me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be an excellent bit less expensive than going in to speak to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking actually since like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have truly any problems about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not know that was just something I considered but that’s.

not really important however total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good up until now um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m not sure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously however back here so I simply wished to provide some like last thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a short introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s actually good for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I think I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy job or something like that I think also another really terrific actually great candidate to utilize talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
