texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Regain… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really useful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it kind of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message due to the fact that essentially they do a lot of these individuals appear to have perhaps not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like going over things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a regular conversation but with talk area you may state this and then it might be 5 hours later and after that they might say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your buddies you understand what I mean like you can call someone and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to think of you understand something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good idea to it seems to be an excellent bit more affordable than entering to speak to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking really since like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any grievances about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.
