Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Reimbursement… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and after that I think a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really handy for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it kind of provides you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message since essentially they do a great deal of these people seem to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instant because regard like going over things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a regular conversation however with talk area you may state this and after that it might be 5 hours later and after that they might say oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your pals you understand what I imply like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something great to think of you understand something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be an excellent bit cheaper than entering to talk to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual price like here someone it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly due to the fact that like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have really any complaints about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was just something I thought of but that’s.

not extremely important but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not sure just how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at once but back here so I just wished to provide some like final ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a short introduction and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s actually helpful for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I must’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s really good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I think likewise another actually terrific really excellent prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not. issues since they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that resemble worrying you or things that are making anxious or depressed but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for just more I’m actually anxious about starting a new job I am actually distressed about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um however like I said if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be fantastic um it also depends upon like how comfy you are like talking to a phone like I know that that sounds odd but like do you video chat with your friends do you you know what I suggest because if you don’t then I seem like it’s gon na be actually unusual like you holding up a phone or like talking to your laptop computer due to the fact that it’s gon na be like this strange like artificial thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s sort of like okay whatever like this is typical that’s something I noticed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m type of used to it but I seemed like when I was doing it this would be unusual if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would absolutely suggest it to anybody who travels like full-time because that would be awesome like then you could in fact have therapy if that’s not something that is an option to you.
