not extremely crucial however total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not exactly sure just how much that really is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I simply wished to provide some like final ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a quick overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s truly helpful for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really hectic job or something like that I believe likewise another actually terrific truly excellent prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
