texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Reviews 2017… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two actions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a lot of these people appear to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous in that regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a regular discussion however with talk area you might state this and after that it might be five hours later on and then they might say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your buddies you understand what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can say hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something excellent to think of you understand something that did trouble me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be an excellent bit less expensive than going in to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real cost like here someone it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re most likely talking really because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any complaints about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was just something I considered however that’s.

not extremely essential but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m not sure how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to give some like last ideas I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a short introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s actually helpful for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so essentially I believe it’s truly good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe also another actually excellent really terrific candidate to use talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
