texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Reviews From Therapist… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually practical for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people seem to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous in that regard like going over things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a typical discussion but with talk area you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they might state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your friends you understand what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something good to think of you know something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good thing to it appears to be an excellent bit cheaper than going in to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual rate like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have really any complaints about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was simply something I considered however that’s.

not extremely crucial but overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not exactly sure just how much that actually is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time however back here so I simply wanted to provide some like last ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a short overview and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s actually good for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I imply I think I should’ve stated that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so generally I believe it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic job or something like that I think likewise another actually terrific truly terrific prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
