get about two responses a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since generally they do a great deal of these individuals appear to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very instantaneous in that regard like discussing things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a typical discussion but with talk space you might state this and then it might be five hours later and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your pals you understand what I indicate like you can call somebody and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think about you know something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be an excellent bit more affordable than entering to speak to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual price like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking actually because like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have really any grievances about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not very important but overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I imply it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m unsure how much that really is just me having a problem opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wanted to offer some like final thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a short introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s truly good for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I should’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so essentially I think it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I think likewise another truly fantastic truly excellent candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t.
